Seminar on Financial Accountability and Transparency for the Year 1404 Held at Nimruz University

A seminar on financial accountability and transparency for the year 1404 SH was held at Nimruz University by the Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, with the participation of the university leadership, academic and administrative staff, and students of this higher education institution.
At the beginning of the program, Mawlawi Hafez Fazl Ahmad Shahidzada, Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, spoke about the importance of public treasury (Bait-ul-Mal) by referring to the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and the directives of the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah protect him). He emphasized the importance of trustworthiness, transparency, and adherence to the principles of accountability in financial affairs.
He also elaborated in detail on the financial achievements of Nimruz University and the development and construction projects carried out in the year 1404 SH, presenting the activities and progress made in a categorized manner for the participants.
During the continuation of the program, Mufti Besmellah Bassam, the President of Nimruz University, expressed his satisfaction with the performance of the financial department. He emphasized the value of the efforts and hard work of the employees and stated that within the system of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the efforts and dedication of individuals are never overlooked, and appreciating sincere service is considered an important principle.
At the end of the program, the staff of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department were appreciated for their efforts and services. The program concluded with a closing prayer delivered by Mawlawi Mohammad Sadiq Bani-Kamal, Deputy for Academic and Student Affairs of Nimruz University.
