A seminar titled “The Importance and Benefits of Cultural Activities” was organized by the Religious-Cultural Committee of Nimruz University for students, academic staff, and administrative personnel at the conference hall of Nimruz University.

The program began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Qur’an. Following that, Mufti Nimatullah Ayoubi, a lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia, presented the main topic. He explained the position of culture in Islamic law and discussed the importance of cultural activities within academic environments. He also analyzed the existing challenges in this field and presented effective solutions for strengthening and expanding such activities.

In conclusion, Mufti Ayoubi highlighted the positive outcomes and benefits of participating in cultural programs and encouraged the participants to take active and continuous part in such activities.
